HISTORY
The great traditions of cultivation and preparation “the golden root” were the basis of the first chicory factories in Rostov. Among them was A. P. Selivanov’s steam factory, which was founded in 1884, and trading house. The factory, which had up-to-date equipment, was one of the pillars of Rostov’s production capacity.
